.04Surface Reconstruction from Scan DataClass-A and functional surfaces rebuilt over the mesh, with curvature continuity checked rather than assumed.
.05Parametric Rebuild with Design IntentA solid model with a readable feature tree that reflects how the part is actually made — editable, not a frozen import.
.06As-Built Drawings & GD&TFully dimensioned drawings with datums and geometric tolerances, so the part can be re-manufactured and inspected against a real spec.

How a legacy part gets a model

STEP.01
Capture
Parts scanned with structured light and verified on a CMM, with datums and critical features measured by hand before modelling starts.
STEP.02
Reconstruct
Mesh cleaned and aligned in Geomagic, then rebuilt as a parametric solid with a feature tree that matches how the part is made.
STEP.03
Verify
The model is deviation-mapped back against the scan to an agreed tolerance, and out-of-spec areas are reported, not quietly smoothed.
STEP.04
Issue
Native CAD, STEP, as-built drawings with GD&T and the deviation report — everything needed to re-manufacture or revise the part.
