Nested tight, bent in the right order.
Flat patterns developed against your material, tooling and measured bend deductions, nested for yield, and issued as machine-ready DXF with bend sequences your brake operator can actually follow.

K-FACTORS, BEND DEDUCTIONS AND TOOLING MATCHED TO THE PRESS BRAKE YOU ACTUALLY RUN
.01Flat Pattern Development & K-FactorUnfolds calculated against your material, punch radius and measured bend deductions — not a generic table — so folded parts land on dimension.
.02Laser, Plasma & Punch NestingSheets nested for yield with common-line cutting, micro-joints and remnant tracking. A utilisation report is issued with every nest.
.03Press Brake Bend SequencingBend order, gauging and tool stations worked out so the operator is never fighting a flange collision or an unreachable back gauge.
.04Machine-Ready DXF & Part MarkingClean single-contour DXF with lead-ins, etch lines and part identification marked for sorting downstream of the laser.
.05Weldment & Assembly Fit-Up DetailingTab-and-slot, self-fixturing joints and weld preparation detailed so fabricated assemblies pull together square without a jig.
.06Hardware, Forming & Countersink FeaturesPEM inserts, louvres, dimples, extruded holes and countersinks specified with the correct tooling and clearance for your press.
.07Material & Grain Direction ControlGrain direction, minimum flange lengths and bend radii checked against the material certificate before a sheet is committed.
.08Cut Lists, Routing & Job PacksNest drawings, cut lists and routing sheets that carry a part from laser to brake to weld bay without a phone call.
PROCESS — FOUR CHECKPOINTS
How a nest reaches the machine
STEP.01
Model & material check
Models, grades and thicknesses reviewed against your stock list. Anything that cannot be formed on your tooling is flagged before unfolding.
STEP.02
Unfold & DFM
Flat patterns developed with measured K-factors, then checked for minimum flange, hole-to-bend distance and tool clearance.
STEP.03
Nest & sequence
Sheets nested for yield and bend sequences worked out on the brake you will actually run, with tool stations called out.
STEP.04
Issue & first-off
DXF nests, bend sequences and job packs issued, with support through the first-off part until the fold checks out.

Before you ask
From your own test bends wherever possible — material, thickness, punch radius and die opening all shift the neutral axis. Where no data exists we work from published values for the grade and confirm on a first-off.
