The paperwork that makes a part repeatable.
Setup sheets, tool lists, operation drawings and inspection documents — the production pack that lets any operator run the job and any inspector prove it, long after the programmer has moved on.

SETUP SHEETS, TOOL LISTS AND INSPECTION RECORDS THAT SURVIVE A CHANGE OF OPERATOR
.01Setup Sheets & Work Offset RecordsDatum locations, G54–G59 offsets, vice orientation and stock size dimensioned and illustrated — the job loads the same way every time.
.02Tool Lists & Holder SchedulesTool number, cutter geometry, stick-out, holder assembly and expected tool life listed per operation, matched to your crib numbering.
.03Operation & In-Process DrawingsA dimensioned sheet per operation showing the part as it leaves that setup, so intermediate stock and machining allowance are never guessed.
.04Inspection Documents & Balloon DrawingsBallooned drawings with a matching characteristic table, ready for first-article inspection and formatted for your quality system.
.05GD&T & Datum Scheme ReviewDatum structures and tolerance callouts checked against ASME Y14.5 or ISO GPS — ambiguity resolved before it becomes a rejected part.
.06Weld, Assembly & Fabrication DetailingWeld symbols, joint preparation and assembly sequences detailed so a fabricated part is built the same way on every shift.
.07Revision Control & Drawing RegistersTitle blocks, revision clouds and a maintained drawing register, so the sheet at the machine is provably the current issue.
PROCESS — FOUR CHECKPOINTS
How a production pack is built
STEP.01
Model & standard audit
Your model, drawing standard and title block are reviewed first. We document to your template, not to ours.
STEP.02
Operation breakdown
The part is split into setups and operations, with datums, work-holding and machining allowance agreed before any sheet is drawn.
STEP.03
Detail & check
Sheets are detailed, then independently checked against the model — dimensions, tolerances and callouts verified line by line.
STEP.04
Issue & maintain
The pack issues as native CAD plus PDF, with the drawing register kept current through every revision that follows.
