INDEX / SVC.04 CNC / SVC.04.A — CAM PROGRAMMING SERVICES

Proven in software, before the spindle turns.

3-axis to 5-axis milling, turning and routing programmed in Mastercam, Fusion 360 and SolidWorks CAM — simulated against your stock, fixtures and holders, then posted for the controller standing on your floor.

SVC.04.A — PROGRAMME INDEX, EIGHT LINES

Programmed to run,
not to look right

EVERY TOOLPATH SIMULATED WITH STOCK, FIXTURE AND HOLDER MODELS BEFORE IT LEAVES US
.013-Axis Milling & Drilling ProgrammesRoughing, rest machining and finishing strategies built around your cutter library — stepovers and depths of cut set for the material, not the default.
.024 & 5-Axis Simultaneous MachiningImpellers, manifolds and deep cavities programmed with tool-axis control and tilt limits that keep the holder clear of the part.
.03Turning, Mill-Turn & Live ToolingLathe and mill-turn programmes with sub-spindle transfer, driven tooling and bar-pull routines sequenced for unattended running.
.04Post-Processor Development & TuningPosts written and corrected for Fanuc, Haas and Heidenhain controllers — work offsets, canned cycles and safe-start blocks output exactly as your operators expect.
.05Stock, Fixture & Holder SimulationFull machine simulation against modelled stock, vices, clamps and holders. Gouges and collisions are found in software, never on your spindle.
.06Cycle-Time & Tool-Life OptimisationFeeds, speeds and engagement angles reviewed against tool life — seconds recovered per part compound across a production run.
.07Tool Libraries & Work Offset SchemesStandardised tool numbering, holder assemblies and G54–G59 offset schemes, so a programme loads the same way on every machine in the cell.
.08Setup Sheets & NC File DeliveryNC files issued with setup sheets, tool lists and datum references — a job pack any operator can run cold.
PROCESS — FOUR CHECKPOINTS

How a programme gets proven

STEP.01
Model & scope review
Your model, stock, fixtures and machine list are reviewed before anyone picks a cutter. Missing datums and unmachinable features get flagged first.
STEP.02
Strategy & tooling
Operation order, work-holding and cutter selection agreed against your tool crib. No programme depends on tooling you do not own.
STEP.03
Simulation & proving
Full stock and machine simulation, then a verified cycle time. Collisions, gouges and air-cutting are removed before delivery.
STEP.04
Post & issue
Posted NC files, setup sheets and tool lists issued for your controller, with first-off support on the phone while the job runs.

RFI LOG — MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Before you ask

Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain, Siemens and Mazak are routine, and we write or correct posts for anything else you run. Send one known-good NC file off the machine and the post is matched to it.

Send a STEP file and your machine list.
We'll quote the programme.
